1. Website Purpose
This website provides information about CSS Dispatch’s truck dispatch services and allows owner-operators and trucking businesses to request information or a callback. These website terms concern use of this website and do not replace a separate dispatch-service agreement.
2. Requests for Information
Visitors may request a callback or submit an inquiry about dispatch support. Please provide accurate information and submit inquiries only for yourself or a business you are authorized to represent. An inquiry does not authorize CSS Dispatch to book loads on your behalf. Dispatch services begin only after CSS Dispatch and the carrier accept a separate dispatch-service agreement and complete the required onboarding.
3. Dispatch Services & Pricing
Dispatch services, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and each party’s responsibilities are governed by a separate dispatch-service agreement between CSS Dispatch and the carrier.
Pricing and service offerings may change. Any changes affecting an existing client’s fees or obligations will be handled in accordance with that client’s applicable agreement. Updating this website does not, by itself, amend an existing dispatch-service agreement.
Submitting a website form or requesting a callback does not create a dispatch-service agreement or authorize charges.
4. Website Content, Use and Results
Intellectual property rights in website content remain with CSS Dispatch or the respective owners and licensors. Website materials may be used only with appropriate permission or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
CSS Dispatch does not guarantee particular loads, freight rates, revenue, profits, or continuous freight availability. Illustrative examples are not current load offers or earnings guarantees.
Do not use this website to submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website’s operation.
5. Third-Party Links and Privacy
We aim to keep website information reasonably accurate, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. We may update these website terms and will display the revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically amend an existing dispatch-service agreement.Nothing in these website terms limits rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
